After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court in terms of order dated 05.02.2006 passed by Sessions Judge, Amritsar and thereafter seek regular bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, his plea shall be decided within three days thereafter.
