Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, submits that later on the said advertisement was cancelled and a fresh advertisement has been floated and the process of appointment of Teachers is going on. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out and the present petitions are accordingly, disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner(s) to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
