The appellant-injured has filed the instant appeal for enhancement of compensation by modifying the impugned Award dated 23.11.2005 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jagadhri (for short-'the Tribunal').

Learned counsel for the appellant-injured contends that the appellant would be satisfied, in case, a lump sum amount of ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) is granted over and above the amount of ` 2 lakhs already awarded by the learned Tribunal, towards pain and sufferings, which is not seriously opposed by learned counsel for respondent No. 3Insurance Company. 4.

In view of the above, respondent No. 3-The United India Rishu Kataria 2018.05.03 19:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Insurance Company, is directed to deposit the aforesaid lump sum amount

FAO-3578-2006 (O&M) -2of ` 50,000/- over and above the amount of ` 2 lakhs already awarded vide impugned Award dated 23.11.2005, with the learned Tribunal, within four weeks' from today, for onward disbursement to the appellant-injured, against proper receipt and identification, in accordance with law. 5.

FAO stands disposed of, accordingly.
