(ORAL) Challenge herein is to order dated 03.03.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul whereby application filed by petitioner/ complainant for summoning respondents No.2 to 5 as additional accused under Section 319 of Cr. P.C. to face the trial in FIR No.221 dated 13.12.2015, registered under Sections 302, 323, 452, 506, 147, 148, 149 of IPC, at Police Station Ateli, was dismissed. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel points out that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous as trial has been concluded and all the accused, namely Rattan Singh, Jai Singh, Uday Singh, Ajay Singh, Pardeep and Kailash have already been convicted by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 31.05.2018. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of aforesaid judgment ibid, revision may be disposed of in terms of judgment rendered in the case of Sukhpal Singh Khaira versus State of Punjab1.

Disposed of accordingly in view of Sukhpal Singh Khaira's case. 5.
