(Oral) Mr. Mahajan, learned Sr. counsel submits that the present appeal emanates from a petition preferred by Sukhwinder Kaur (respondent herein) seeking custody of the minor child, wherein, the court below had granted the custody to the respondent, however, this court stayed the operation of the said order vide order dated December 06, 2007. The custody continues with the appellant. According to learned Sr. counsel, the child has now attained the majority, therefore, the present appeal is thus rendered infructuous. We find substance in the aforesaid plea. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
