Bugli, who is present in the Court alongwith her counsel, has talked to the alleged detenus (her sons), namely, Ladhu Ram and Nand Lal, over mobile phone and submits that now they are not in illegal detention of the brick klin owner.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.

Disposed of accordingly.
