**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) By way of present criminal revision petition, challenge has been laid to order dated 03.12.2015 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide which charges under Section 304 IPC and Sections 27 & 30 of Arms Act have been framed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed as having been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
