CRM-M-7451-2018 This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for giving directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against respondent No. 4 who had allegedly raped her on 11.12.2017. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner at great length. As per the representation, the incident had taken place in the afternoon of 11.12.2017 at about 3.00 P.M. In the MLR however, the occurrence is stated to have taken place at night time on 11.12.2017. A representation has already been given to SSP, Bathinda. The complaint given to the local police has not been placed on record. The postal receipt of the representation given to the SSP has not been made available.
