Report of Warrant Officer has been received.

As per said report, detenue namely Kuldeep Singh was found in custody at Police Station City Kotkapura. On inquiry, MHC Hardev Singh and SHO Gurdeep Singh told that the detenue has been arrested in a case FIR No.149 dated 31.08.2015, under Section 382 of IPC, vide DDR No.19 dated 08.09.2015 and he will be produced before the Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 09.09.2015. Copies of FIR and DDR are annexed with the report.

In view of the report of Warrant Officer, no further action is required to be taken in this case.

The instant criminal writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
