******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in this case the vehicle of petitioner bearing registration No. PB-46-M-8220 had already been taken in possession by financier i.e. respondent No. 5. Later on, a compromise took place with the guarantor, who was handed over the possession of vehicle. The guarantor is now using the vehicle and paying installments of the outstanding loan amount to respondent No. 5.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
