The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR mentioned below:- FIR No.

Dated Police Station Sections 26th March, 2023 Ladwa, District 21 the NDPS Kurukshetra Act, 1985 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated 31.05.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Karamvir, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and is co-operating. 4.

As the petitioner has joined the investigation and lending co-operation, the interim bail granted is made absolute subject to complying with the conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
