Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. for quashing of charge-sheet dated 04.04.2023 registered in FIR No. 61 dated 16.04.2016 under Sections 279, 336 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 11 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 13(2) of The Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station, Kassola, District Rewari.

(2) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all their pleas before learned trial Court as per law.

(3) Ordered accordingly.
