CRM-M-7457-2018 The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 1 to 5 for registration of FIR on the complaint dated 04.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner against private respondent Nos. 6 to 11, on which till date no action has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the complaint dated 04.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the complaint dated 04.12.2017 (Annexure P-2), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
