(ORAL) Prayer made in the petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing/setting aside the order dated 05.06.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Inspector General of Prisons, U.T. Chandigarh, whereby application filed by the petitioner for grant of parole has been rejected.

Upon notice, reply stands filed on behalf of the respondents. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
