(ORAL) Challenge is to the order dated 01.04.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge (Family Court) Panipat in maintenance case/RBT case No. 420/2019/CIS No. MNT-527/2019 titled as 'Deepti and another vs. Sunil Chhabra' whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., total maintenance of Rs.8,000/-p.m (Rs.4,500/-p.m. to the petitioner No.1-wife and Rs.3,500/- p.m. to the petitioner No.2-minor daughter) has been granted alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.8,000/-. The present petition pertains to the year 2019. On the last date of hearing i.e. 06.02.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the next date fixed.
