Through the instant petition, the petitioner who is undergoing 12 years' imprisonment, is seeking parole for two weeks on health grounds.
On the strength of medical prescription, Annexure P-1, it was submitted that the petitioner is not maintaining good health in jail and she was referred to psychiatrist for treatment and she is under depression with suicidal tendency. In the reply filed by the State, it was averred that the petitioner is getting appropriate treatment in jail for her ailment and periodically she is visiting a psychiatrist and she would be taken to a higher medical institute, if need be. A stand was also taken that since one more case is pending against the petitioner, her case for parole will be initiated once she is granted bail in that case.

Crl. Writ Petition No. 1348 of 2015 Learned counsel has referred to order dated 12.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. No.M-4467 of 2016, whereby the petitioner was granted bail in the pending case. The petitioner is getting appropriate treatment from jail. No case is made out for release on parole on medical grounds. Dismissed.
