ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) This is a petition for habeas corpus seeking release of detenue Kaddu Singh. A Warrant Officer was deputed in the case. The Warrant Officer had got the detenue released. In the reply submitted by the State, it has been pleaded that ASI Gurmeet Singh has been suspended and an enquiry is being held. The State counsel has also submitted that 11 FIR are pending against the detenue in different police stations under Section 420 IPC. He further submits that detenue was involved in a case under Section 363 and 366-A IPC also. The detenue has since been got released, no further directions are required to be given. The petition stands disposed of.
