Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of the hereinafter extracted reliefs:- "(i) Quashing of FIR No.115 dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure P1), registered at P.S. Daresi, Ludhiana;
(ii) Quashing of Final Report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. (Annexure P2);
(iii) Quashing of order dated 21.11.2017, whereby, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, chargesheeted the petitioner for commission of offences punishable under Sections 23, 24, 26 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, and, Sections 16, 17, 18, 19 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, and, Section 370 of the IPC."

At the very outset, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by the official concerned, has informed this Court that the DEVINDER YADAV 2024.02.02 14:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-7477-2018 2024:PHHC:014358 trial is at the fag end, as 11 prosecution witnesses, out of total 16 prosecution witnesses, have already been examined before the learned trial Court concerned.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to, at this stage, interfere in the matter. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to raise all such claims and pleas, as raised herein, before the learned trial Court concerned, at an appropriate stage. Moreover, the learned trial Court concerned is also directed to, within three months from today, ensure completion of examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses, for thereby making expeditious conclusion of trial. 4.
