    been registered at police station Ambala City regarding disappearance of the alleged detenue Damini. It has been assured by the learned State counsel that the matter is being hotly pursued and the whereabouts of the couple are not located.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement withdrawing the present petition, however reserving his rights to avail appropriate remedy within the framework of law.

Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
