RAJESH BINDAL, J The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent No.4 was granted accelerated seniority in view of the instructions dated 16.3.2006 issued by the Government. The aforesaid instructions were set aside by this court vide judgement dated 7.8.2012 passed in CWP No.17280 of 2011- Prem Kumar Verma and others vs. State of Haryana.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that now show cause notices have been issued to all the employees for reversion, who had been granted benefit of the instructions dated 16.3.2006. The process shall be completed within a period of three months.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
