Vide order dated 28.4.2014, District and Sessions Judge, Sirsa was directed to look into the matter and submit the report. As per the report submitted by the District and Sessions Judge, Sirsa, allegations levelled by the complainant were not substantiated on record.

In these circumstances, no further interference by this Court is called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
