Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is not at parity with Roop Singh and Lovepreet Singh as they were granted bail after 8 months, 4 days and 9 months, 14 days respectively, while he is in custody only for 5 months and 27 days, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
