The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to release retiral/pensionary benefits of the husband of the petitioner and to decide the legal notice dated 21.8.2020, Annexure P-3.
