(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction for transfer of investigation pertaining to FIR No.117 dated 13.2.2020 registered at Police Station Sadar, Karnal under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act. to some independent agency like Crime Branch or Special Investigation Team. Status report has already been filed by learned State counsel. In the present case accused Mukesh had already been arrested. As per the status report even accused Rajinder Kumar stands arrested. Accused Ankit had been found to be innocent while investigation is stated to be pending against Neeraj.
