(Oral) Counsel for the State, as per the affidavit of the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana submits that an enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana and on conclusion of the enquiry, the petitioner has made a statement that he is satisfied with the same and do not want to take any action.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
