"#  $ Komal, the alleged detenue, daughter of Jagdish Chander has come to this Court along with her mother Sheela Devi1respondent No.2 and has made statement before the Court that the petitioner under deception had obtained her signatures and photographs on the pretext of getting her a job and that she never volunteered to marry him and presently she is residing with her parents and wishes to live there and has even refused to talk to the petitioner in the Court in spite of there being fervent request by learned counsel for the petitioner.
