(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the case is fixed for recording of statements of defence witnesses on 07.12.2020. Keeping in view the stage of trial, no ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. However, trial Court is directed to make all efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously. Disposed of accordingly.
