(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 17.02.2017, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereby the connected revision bearing CRR-572-2017, was dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to produce evidence in support of his contention that respondent is Managing Director of the firm impleaded as accused No. 2 in the complaint.

Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision with the same liberty as aforesaid. Ordered accordingly.
