"#  $ Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of an affidavit of Vibhor Kumar, PPS, Dy. Superintendent of Police (City), Ferozepur on behalf of the respondent/State. The same is taken on record. It is contended by learned State counsel that Krishan Singh brother of the petitioner was apprehended on 15.09.2015 by the police of Police Station Sadar Ferozepur in a case bearing FIR No.231 dated 23.07.2014 under Sections 15/18/21/22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and was produced before the Magistrate and now he is in judicial custody.     In the light of submissions of learned State counsel, nothing survives in this petition when there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and thus, the same stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
