The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondents to re-investigate the complaint and to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry in complaint No.876-P.D. dated 18.03.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as FIR No.200, dated 16.10.2022 has been registered under Section 379 IPC against respondent No.6. 3.
