(ORAL) Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 06.05.2021 as well as 22.07.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP-9206 of 2021. The initial order dated 06.05.2021 related to the interim order granted in favour of the petitioner-respondent wherein parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the running of the outlet and the order dated 22.07.2021 passed by the Division Bench in LPA-545 of 2021, dismissing the application of the appellant for preponement of the hearing of the application for stay and the main case.
On perusal of the two orders passed by the learned Single Judge, which have been impugned, we do not find any ground for interfering with the same. However, keeping in view the fact that the next date of hearing before the learned Single Judge is 12.10.2021, the RAVINDER SINGH 2021.08.
-2LPA-697 of 2021 (O&M) Registry is directed to list the said writ petition along with the application for vacation of stay of the appellant on the said date. The appeal stands disposed of with above observations. (Augustine George Masih) Judge (Ashok Kumar Verma) August 18, 2021 Judge R.S.
