**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioners seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action against the private respondents in Rapat No.28 dated 04.10.2019, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka and in FIR No.119 dated 30.09.2018, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. As per the learned State counsel, in the above noted FIR, challan against respondent No.11 has already been presented and the prosecution agency is in the process of filing challan against respondents No.6, 7, 8 and 12. He further submits that in a petition preferred by respondents No.9 and 10, their arrest has been stayed by this Court.
