NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court.
On instructions, learned counsel for the State does not dispute aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 09.08.2022.
