(Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 to 7 regarding the grievances raised by the petitioner in his initial representation dated 04.04.2020 (Annexure P2). Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Rashmi Attri, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for taking a decision on the representation dated 04.04.2020 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner.
