A perusal of the file goes to show that nobody had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for the last three successive dates.

Learned State counsel has placed on file copy of letter of District Magistrate, Sonepat to Superintendent, District Jail, Sonepat and copy of written order of Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Sonepat dated 7.12.2015 regarding pre mature release of the petitioner subject to furnishing of bonds and that he as in fact been so released. It being so, the petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
