The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 07.08.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Jhajjar (respondent No.3) whereby the application filed by the petitioner for his release on furlough has been declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the criminal writ petition without prejudice to his rights to seek his temporary release by filing a fresh petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
