As per reply, detenues, namely, Krishan @ Bhura son of Amar Nath and Krishan son of Gulab were confined in jail on 22.09.2015 in case FIR No.11 dated 15.09.2015 and as such they were not in the illegal custody. Whereas detenue, namely, Komal daughter of Dulla Ram appeared NARESH KUMAR 2015.10.13 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRWP No. 1433 of 2015 -2in the Court and made the following statement: - "I am happily living with my parents with my own free will and I want to live with them."
