The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to release him family pension.

Mr.V.K.Shukla, Advocate, submits that District Treasury Officer, Moga vide memo dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) has referred the matter to SSP, Moga to release family pension, however, the said authority has not processed his case. He further submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents are directed to decide his claim in a time bound manner. 4.
