NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Balwinder Singh, Police Station, Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural), submits that the alleged detenu Jagroop Singh was arrested on 24.09.2015 in a case arising out of FIR No.49, dated 09.04.2015 for the offence punishable under Section 302, IPC, registered at Police Station, Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural), for committing the murder of his own mother and at present he is behind the bars in Central Jail, Amritsar.
