Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.67 dated 14.03.2024 under Sections 452, 325, 323,148, 149 IPC (Section 452 IPC has been deleted and Section 459 IPC has been added vide DDR No.09 dated 03.04.2024), registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 27.05.2024, while noticing the following submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner and asked her to join investigation:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the FIR in question and a simple injury with a wooden log has been attributed to him. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to join investigation and cooperate with the investigating agency.." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 27.05.2024, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Jayant, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for her custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27.05.2024, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
