Mr. Kamal Singh, Advocate for the complainant. **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 11.07.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation.

On instructions from concerned official, learned State counsel does not refute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 11.07.2022 is made absolute, subject to the following condition: (i) The petitioner to file an affidavit declaring his assets including movable properties along with its market value, bank account statements from April 2021 till date, cash in hand, value of all jewellery, his money which is in the hand of other people and file a receipt regarding the same in the registry of this Court within two months from today.
