RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.26 dated 01.03.2023, under Sections 61 and 63 of Excise Act, registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an appropriate application for regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
