Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.3 dated 03.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109 of BNS, 2023 (Section 307 IPC) (Challan presented under Sections 109, 118(2), 3(5) of BNS (307, 326, 34 of IPC), under Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act)) at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
