-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner, who is working as ASI, from District Ferozepur, in order to enable him to join at District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State would submit that vide order dated 29.07.2022, the petitioner has been relieved from District Ferozepur and he has joined at District Fazilka. In view of the statement made by counsel appearing for the respondent-State, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
