(ORAL) On instructions, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as petitioner No. 1Karan Mahajan was arrested by the police whereas petitioners No. 2 and 3, namely; Arun Mahajan and Rohini Mahajan, have filed a petition for grant of anticipatory bail which is pending consideration before the Sessions Court. He further submits that petitioner No. 6-Aman Kumar, has expired and petitioners No. 4 and 5, namely; Sunita and Rohit Mahajan are still absconding.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
