Vide detailed judgment passed in RFA No. 2350 of 2005, State of Haryana vs. Sucha Singh, the appeals of the State have been dismissed whereas the appeals and cross objections filed by the land owners are allowed and enhancement is granted by assessing the market value at Rs.965/- per square yard (Rs.46,70,600/- per acre) plus statutory benefits. The present appeal filed by the State of Haryana is accordingly dismissed and the cross objections filed by the land owners are allowed. 01.05.2018 (G.S.
