**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-36187-2018. A perusal of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court would show that the HUDA authorities were directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for allotment of plot of the size specified by him in his application alongwith the applications to be received in response to the fresh advertisement. However, it was made clear that the said direction was only for consideration of the application of the petitioner and not a mandate.

Admittedly, the aforesaid writ petition is yet pending adjudication. The petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance, if any, in the GURPREET SINGH 2020.09.11 16:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh said writ petition. However, no case for interference has been made out in

COCP-1845-2020 -2the present contempt petition, especially when the Division Bench of this Court had made it clear that the directions issued in the order dated 19.12.2018 were not a mandate.

The petition is dismissed.
