Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) None is present on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 06.11.2015 and 24.12.2015, the position was the same. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was granted parole from 11.09.2015 to 10.10.2015 (both days inclusive) however, the petitioner surrendered before the jail authorities on 19.10.2015 and pleaded that he was suffering from dengue. The jail authorities considered the absence period as parole and as such, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case.
