******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Affidavit filed by learned State counsel today in the Court, is taken on record.
Learned State counsel submits that in this FIR petitioners have been found innocent. Challan has been presented and names of the petitioners have been mentioned in column No. 2 and no other case is pending against them.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. However, he submits that petitioners have sought Police clearance certificate for issuance of passport to them, which has not been issued by the police. Dismissed as withdrawn.
