***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Fourth petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial in FIR No.92 dated 06.06.2019, under Sections 22 and 29 (added later) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar. Learned State counsel has apprised the Court that after conclusion of the trial, petitioner stands acquitted by learned presiding officer vide judgment dated 03.01.2021.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
